SPCE allows students to rent properties directly from landlords simply, via a mobile and web app

I began working on the project by developing upon the initial concept and creating the brand. I then looked at the existing student rental journeys with the intention to streamline the experience with the implementation of a digital product. This entailed multiple iterations of user flows, working out edge case scenarios, user experiences and testing of the model. Once complete, the product was for both mobile and web interfaces. SPCE successfully funded £280K in a matter of days from going live on the Seedrs platform. The business is currently operational with over 50,000 rooms across the UK.
