TCN is a real-estate investment company that also build work spaces.

I was tasked with planning and designing a website that showcased their team, work and investments.

80% of their investments have been turned into work spaces. These workspaces required a templated style website and brand language that allowed people to clearly see that they were all related, yet still have a unique and individual style. This was a 9 month project that involved a lot of client iterations, creative thinking and brand application across multiple websites, physical sites, signage, products, uniforms etc.

One of my favourite parts of this project was creating the ‘Placemakers’ Staff page. The team collected a group of objects that defined them. Some of them even threw in a hint of TCN brand orange for good measure. The brands are playful and carry the same tone across all of their communications.
