THE BULL

Phaidon International is a global specialist recruitment group, connecting businesses with high-impact talent across technology, finance, life sciences, and infrastructure. Built on deep sector expertise and a high-performance culture, the business operates through a portfolio of niche brands, each focused on a specific market while contributing to a wider global network.

I led the design of the core Phaidon brand also known as The Bull. The work included the development of a full suite of sub-brands that sit beneath it. Each logo was carefully crafted to feel part of a cohesive system, sharing a common visual language while remaining distinct and true to the individual businesses they represent. The result is a unified brand architecture that balances consistency with character across the entire group.

The Bull is a symbol of drive, resilience and forward momentum, it reflects both the ambition of the business and the mindset of its people. In a fast-paced, results-driven industry, the bull became a clear and confident expression of strength, energy and intent.
